Change Ahead CIC is a non-profit organisation that works nationally to prevent homelessness through early action, stable housing and community wellbeing

We focus on what works in the real world: getting people housed, supporting them to stabilise, and creating opportunities that improve wellbeing, skills and connection.

Housing First

Housing First

We operate on a Housing First basis, ensuring people have a safe, stable roof over their heads as the starting point.

Prioritises housing stability from day one

Practical Support

Practical support that relieves pressure on councils and puts tenants first.

Provides a foundation for people to settle, engage and move forward

Supports planned move on and independence

Housing is combined with practical wraparound support focused on wellbeing, engagement and everyday routines, helping people sustain accommodation and rebuild confidence.

A community wellbeing programme delivered through hydroponic vertical farming units.

About Us

Change Ahead CIC is a non-profit operating nationally to prevent homelessness and improve wellbeing for individuals and communities.

Our work brings together housing, practical support and community initiatives to help people stabilise, progress and move towards independence. We focus on solutions that are grounded, human and designed to work in real settings.

Mohsin Ravjani has over 35 years of experience across property, finance and healthcare. He now brings this experience into community focused work, supporting housing stability, opportunity and positive social impact.

Haneen Salameh

Chief Operations Officer

Haneen Salameh brings experience across operations, governance and delivery within social impact organisations. She leads operational infrastructure, systems and partnerships, supporting the effective delivery of commissioned community projects in collaboration with public and third-sector partners.

Danny Welsh brings extensive experience working with councils across housing management, tenant support and partnership delivery. His work focuses on practical, ethical housing solutions and community wellbeing.
